  • This place deserves ZERO STARS!!! Let me just say I'll never, ever, ever buy anything from Ashley again! If you walk into my house, it's like you are walking into an Ashely's show room. We have their leather couch set, dining set, and another sectional leather couch and recliner in the family room. Our bedroom is furnished with a nice sleigh bed and dress to match. 4 years ago we bought a couch and love seat for our front formal living room, which no one ever sits in there, it's in a room where we don't even open curtains so there is no direct sunlight. After 2 years I noticed the leather on the seat was peeling off, yes peeling off, for no reason but poorly manufactured product. I called the customer service and they said they don't cover "regular wear and tear". What wear and tear? We don't go in that room, we don't sit in that room, it's dark and dry. A leather couch should not peel off after 2 years of nothing happening to it!!! It was very hard to swallow but there was nothing I can do, since no one ever goes into that room I just let it sit. Last night my husband told me the bed broke. What?! It's a platform bed with railing and slats that hold up the mattress. The wood railing broke. First my husband said he could fix it by going to home depot and buy a piece of wood and hammer it on. I said we should call Ashley and have them deal with it. The bed was only 3 years and 4 months old afterall, it should not break after 3 years. So guess what? I was told "you don't have wood warranty, the manufacture warranty expires after one year". Really Ashley? Really? She was nice enough to look up the part it'll require to fix it, but we have to pay for it. No thank you! No more Ashley's for us, ever, and don't waste your money there!!! We're done giving our money away to a place who won't back up their products.
