  • Went here in 2010 and everything went smooth. Other than the place does not give a full haircut after to blend the extensions. I had to go somewhere else to get that done so they didn't look fake and for the money you spend here you would assume it would be included. I went again 8 weeks ago and it was the worse experience ever. I paid for 5 bundles and later I had to buy another 6th bundle because the color didn't match to blend in my hair properly. I would assume if the stylist screwed up the color blend that fix would've been free. But it wasn't. My first clue. I spent close to $2500. I had around 4 bundles put in my head. The rest of the hair bundles apparently are extras and told will be used your next visit. I also had extras from my 2010 visit but never got to use again. Seems to be a way to over charge. But that was the least of my issues. My head hurt so bad it was constantly throbbing . I tried for the whole 8 weeks to work with this salon to help and fix whatever was going on. I finally went to see another great lengths specialist who removed 2 bundles of hair all on one section of the head off my crown. (That's 50% of my extensions) 1st this is a very unusually high area to place any extensions 2nd this was enough weight that it would hurt someone with black hair and a head of steel. I am a natural blonde with finer hair. The reason for my 1 star is because it was a shat job and the salon did not stand by their work at all. I was told by the other stylist that fixed it; it looked like this stylist got halfway through her work and realized the color was not matching enough to blend in my natural hair so she decided instead of fixing it properly she would just add a ton of extensions all on the crown area. And try to cover the error this way. I'm paying for her shortcut. I paid for her shortcut $3000 in total now and hair breakage. It's only been 3 days since the removal but my head still throbs. I'm hoping no permanent damage but I won't know till we see if the hair grows back on the scalp where it was pulled out from all that weight. She is very proud of how fast she can put these in. But I would say buyer beware. You will be better off with someone who takes longer and has more care and can back up her work.
