rev:text	My husband and I had "talked" about moving for awhile. We would casually look at realty websites and dream about moving from our starter home into a "grown-up" home. We didn't want to do a new build (BTDT), and we didn't want a fixer. While browsing a realty website we clicked on contact seller. We got an immediate call from Kelly. A little background info: When we purchased our first house, a new build, we found a Realtor that helped us find a house but that's it. He did nothing else to aid in pricing negotiations, communication between builder and lender, etc. He was a dud. Needless to say, my expectations were pretty low when it came to what a Realtor's job truly entails. Enter, Kelly Saggione, REALTOR EXTRAORDINAIRE! There are two "different Kellys", I mean that with the utmost respect. There is the Home Hunting Kelly. The one that listens to you, understands what you need, evaluates your situation, and gives you her insight. She was so patient going from house to house listening to me babble on as to why we needed this or that. She made herself available, she kept in touch, she sent us new listings every morning. What else could you ask for? Then, we found THE HOUSE (a spec home). You know, the one where the clouds part, the sun beams down, and the choir of angels sing and you just know you're going to be opening and closing that door for the next 30 years. That's when the 2nd Kelly really went to work! She fought hard for the "extras" in getting our house; from price negotiations to extra incentives from the builder. You can really tell that this is the part of home buying Kelly lives for. She goes after what you want and more! Then, once everything is in writing, she's with you every step of the way. She's holding you hand and making sure you're always informed. She's constantly checking in to let you know she is there for you. If she doesn't answer her phone right away, she'll call you within the hour. It's truly like having a friend you can depend on that is on your side. If you're looking for a mediocre Realtor, call someone else. If you're looking for a professional, call Kelly!
