So it's in a strip mall type area, but don't let it fool you. This place is delicious. It's small and unassuming, but the sushi I received was great. The chef takes his time to make sure the sushi looks great. (I sat at the bar, so I was able to see him work). I ordered the Las Vegas roll and their new Kanto roll. The Las Vegas roll was perfectly fried. The Kanto roll was also delicious with cucumber, chicken katsu, and cream cheese. The server also brought me a small bowl of salad prior to my sushi and the dressing was super interesting, kind of a sweet ranch or a sweet mayo with soy sauce. My server was great and attentive, even though she was the only server during my lunch visit. All-in-all I'm definitely coming back to this place.
It should be noted the face signs that say: "please pay with cash for checks under $8". Presumably to avoid the fees associated with running cards.
