  • Fantastic experience from browsing showroom to installation day, with only one minor hiccup. Huge selection of safes and the sales representative, Marc, was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would recommend any family or friend to visit Nevada Safes and work with Marc. Installation team was quick and efficient and made sure I was comfortable using the safe and understood how to reset the password before leaving. Only complaint is company was not willing to work with me on a time for delivery. I was given a time frame of 7am-9am the next day, but that did not work for me as I had a conflicting appointment at another location. (I'm an administrative assistant). I asked for it to be pushed back 1-hour, 8am - 9am. The gentleman on the phone told me it was not possible and that I would need to reschedule, which would be 6 days later. That also did not work for me as my employer needed the safe installed for the date it was originally scheduled. I ended up keeping the appointment and was given the contact info for the installation/delivery guy in which I stated I would let him know if I could make it by 7am. I contacted him at 6:30am and stated I would not make it by 7am but could be there at 8am, delivery guy said no problem. Installation was about 20-30min so not sure why moving the appointment an hour up within the timeframe was a problem. In either case I would still recommend this company to anyone. Food customer service for the most part and great prices.
