  • Really gone down hill in the last couple months. A lot of new hires and the old friendliness and knowledge is definitely gone. I used to come to this location about 3-5 times per week... I'm going to stop coming here altogether now. The last 3 times I've been here, they forgot to make my drink and 5 people who ordered after me received their drinks first... No apologies at all from any of the 4 employees who were standing around drinking their own smoothies...
