  • 2 Stars only because it was severely understaffed at lunch time. I sat at the bar to make a to go order, and have a beer while I waited. 10 minutes went by before I was even acknowledged, and handed a menu. I ordered a water and beer, got the beer only. Ordered a sandwich, roll and pho to take back to my office (across the street, so I could be a regular customer.) 20 minutes later, got my order - which I was fine with because I knew they were busy, and left a more than generous tip knowing the staff was working hard. Get to my office, and there was no pho. I can get a chicken sandwich anywhere, but I really wanted the pho. IF I go back, I will check to see if it's understaffed and if it is, I will walk out.
