Possibly my favorite sushi restaurant in LV... Possibly. So far this place has been a favorite of mine for the following reasons: freshness of their fish, variety of rolls, they offer sashimi carpaccio, does half rolls, and minimal amount of rice on their nigiri. I don't ever leave this place with the feeling of wanting to throw up because of being forced to finish my food like other sushi restaurants. In addition to that they actually give you (2) pieces of Amaebi nigiri instead of one like Sakana. I have been coming to this place once if not twice a week for almost two months straight after my sister and I tried this place out.
Must try: oysters, Amaebi, carpaccio, flying fish egg, lemon meets salmon roll.
Will add more after I'm done finishing my delicious dinner
