Let me first start off by saying I hate coming here. I go to different Verizon Stores and they are on top of things. I came in last night because I had bought a charger from them and it stopped working. The young lady Krystal told me that she did not see where I had bought this product nor did she see when I was in the store in December. She called in her boss and he acted like he was doing something, but nothing really. So after 10 minutes I finally asked them how much was a new charger. To bottom line this issue I bought a brand new charger. Like I told them I will hold on to every receipt because every time I go into this particular store they have issues.
