I brought my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. As far as I can tell they did a good job on my car. I always worry about having a tire fall off my car after a tire rotation after hearing a friend's story of this happening to him twice. So far all the tires have stayed on and the engine is still running so that's a plus.
The customer service wasn't exactly the greatest. I don't know if everyone was just in a mood or what but no one was overly friendly. I don't think I saw a single smile. I overheard a customer next to me getting scolded by one of the employees for being overdue for his 90k mile tune up. After hearing that I was worried I was going to get in trouble and I was nervous answering the usual questions from the guy who was helping me.
The service was pretty fast. However, I was annoyed when I got in my car after they finished only to find I could no longer reach the pedals and my stereo settings were all messed up. If you're only driving around the side of the building is it really necessary to adjust the seat?? It's not like I'm one of those people that sits against the steering wheel when I drive.
While I was not pleased with the customer service I'll most likely come back since it's the closest Toyota dealer to my house. Maybe I'll catch them in a better mood next time.
