There is not a single thing we ordered that I wouldn't get seconds of. The list in order of absolute love:
1) Brussels sprout chips (tossed in truffle oil)
2) Shishito peppers
3) unknown name tuna role recommended by the chef with spicy tuna and jalapenos inside and fresh tuna on top - AMAZING
4) Beef rib eye wrapped asparagus
5) Crunchy spicy tuna tempura
6) Avocado Hanabi
7) Roasted Cauliflower
To reinstate, I loved all of it. Granted this list is short on sushi and it's not that we don't love sushi, it's that we LOVE appetizers and couldn't make a single choice. But for those on a budget, you might have to make some choices, and I hope this helps. It was the perfect filling amount for three semi-hungry ladies.
The vibe of the place is perfect. It's in a hotel, and the only way I would notice was the swim suit wearing ladies at the bar. But that's not a bother to me as the waitstaff is incredibly friendly and professional. Note, the night we were there it was mostly a young, handsome, male staff. I'm not complaining just noticing.
Next time I'm in a city with Roku, I'm coming back.
