  • I loved Fat Choy. We were greeted immediately upon entering the diner. The service was great, the establishment was clean, the food was amazing. I like the Duck Bao, but the real treat were the Pork Bao's. It was easy to get seating, and the staff were perfect; not annoyingly asking you about your experience every five seconds, or trying to rush you along for your seats for the next customer. We tried quite a bit of the menu. The noodles were also good. My only drawback would be the location. It is located in a casino, which was filled with smoke and the annoying electronic noises those stupid machines make. The restaurant wasn't smokey, just the casino. It was a great experience with great food and excellent prices. I have returned twice. I would bring friends and family here from out of town. Great Vegas dining on a budget.
