  • Don't ever prepay for your room! I accidently booked here instead of the courtyard Mesa, this hotel is no where near Mesa even though its called courtyard mesa as well. It's out in Bum f$%ck Egypt, and the management were totally unwilling to work with me to transfer to the other hotel as this place was way to far for my work. I would been happy to pay for a night as it was my mistake but they are too greedy for that so not only did I pay 350 for a room I did not stay in I had to pay again at another hotel. From now I'm staying Hilton. Their policies are ridiculous.
