Chef Carlos is a culinary nerd and knows what tastes good and what his guests will like. I have a few offerings this evening and all were very tasty.
Braised pork belly- smoked belly with buttermilk polenta and pickled radishes.. Hearty and rich you'll need some vino from their generous menu to wash this baby down with.
Octopus- tender and juicy with nice citrus notes.
Piccante Pizza- hmm im a native New Yorker so its very hard to judge a pizza that is not NY. This pizza does a hungry appetite justice and will want you coming back to try the others!
