  • NOT RELIABLE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL.Don't even bother. Horrible customer service. My husband took our 20 month old daughter there in the morning. She's been diagnosed with a bad ear infection. They told him they will put the prescription in for us. My husband went to the pharmacy at noon. No prescription was called in. He called their offices and the brainless office staff told him they were trying to put it in electronically. It was 5pm. He asked them to call it in. I get off work and go to the pharmacy at 7pm thinking the prescription is ready. The pharmacy tells me nothing has been called in for my baby. I called their office. A freaking stupid woman named Gaby picks up the phone and transfers me to a voicemail. I hang up and politely tell her that i need someone to call in a prescription for me as my daughter is in pain. She puts me on hold for 25mn. I hang up again and call back. She plays dumb and tells me that she doesn't know who is the patient because there is 2 Gabys. Time to fire them and hire a new pediatrician. NOT RELIABLE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL. Horrible. I wish I could give them negative 10 stars. Now my daughter is in pain, and the pediatrician office doesn't give a shit. Too bad another client out of your accounting books
