| - Rating for the cashiers = 0 stars. There is an incredibly mean and rude cashier here that acted like I was wasting her time. She had no clue of any promotions or sales going on in the store and did not know how any of the coupons worked. And even that is forgivable if you can be humble, nice about it and just ask your coworkers. But nope--this girl stares blankly at me during our entire transaction, refuses to smile or even greet me. I waited maybe 2 minutes by her open register before she decided to acknowledge me and instead of saying "ma'am, I'm open" or something that made sense, she yells "are you done shopping?" It was such a rude opening.
I had to split up my purchases and accidentally left my coupons at her register. When I came back to get them, she didn't even let me know! I asked her where they were and she just blankly pointed at them with a look that said "duh, they're right here." Wow. And this is a store for babies and mothers? I've been treated better at the DMV!
I spent close to $200 here just within 2 weeks and she made my experience terrible. This is her cashier ID CASHIER-2295318. Avoid this abominable person. Please step up your training and hiring practices, Babies R Us. She was just the worst person I've encountered here but on another visit, a different cashier was also cold, unfriendly and unsmiling. Not as bad but still, would a "hello" or "thank you" kill you?!
Rating for the registry staff = 5 stars. Every member I've met here has been patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, FRIENDLY.
