  • If it were possible for me to give a 0, I would. I went here because it was next to my condo, but they managed to ruin my $400 winter jacket to the point where it's impossible for me to wear it outside anymore. For routine dry cleaning, I have gotten items back with the spots I pointed out to them still on it (ie. not cleaned). If you're bringing anything that may be unroutine (ie. suits) here, beware!
