  • Purchased a Fantex Ash back in October 2016. We purchased the extended warranty which is a free replacement of the tree for a year. Our Fantex Ash did not thrive and we wanted to replace. We contacted Moon Valley and explained what we wanted to do replace it. We went and spoke with Joe, and he helped us select a different tree and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had it delivered a week later and John and his crew removed the old tree and planted the new one. They were very professional and John explained the procedure for keeping our new tree healthy!
