| - This comment here is solely intended for the Service Dept....So I get a recall notice on my '06 Lancer, take it in for the recall service to be performed, mind you an appointment was made ahead of time. I was told it would take 4hrs, at the most a whole day. 5:30pm shows up, no phone call about my car. I call them the next morning, and first thing comes out of Rudy's mouth is "I called you yesterday & left a msg" Ummm, excuse me, no the hell you didn't... For one I have no car, so I have no where to go. So I'm sitting in the house like a teenage girl waiting on her crush to call, because he said he would!!! Long story short, I'm out of a car for 3 days, instead of 1...NO PHONE CALL to update me about MY CAR...not even a courtesy vehicle...NOTHING!!! Mind you I would have been prepared if they told me it would take 3 days, being school is in & we have work!! Service team really needs to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION!!! Come on, If a customer calls in & makes a service appointment, letting you know the situation before hand. The parts should be ordered & there waiting, especially if the appointment is made a WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE!!! Sad that this is the only authorized Mitsubishi dealership in Las Vegas near me & after reading other comments, I see I'm not the only one being treated like CRAP!!! SAD, SAD, SAD!!!
