  • Hi I had a very unique pair of cowboy boots that I got from Cowboy Christmas a year ago (and they were very expensive) but I was not wearing them because the heel was a little high for my ankle that had been giving me trouble on and off. I decided to take a chance and ask Shoe Lab to cut them down a bit. I took them in and customer service was excellent and everyone was very helpful and friendly . The price was also very fair. They let me pay half up front and the other when I picked up the boots . I didn't have time to try them on just then so they told me if they didn't work out to bring them back and they would either work on them again or reimburse me . When I finally got around to wearing them it was this years Cowboy Christmas at the convention center which is huge and a lot of walking. I walked all day in them and my feet felt great ! I decided to wear them the next day at sands expo at Stetson Christmas and again the next day at Roper Christmas all large events with a great deal of walking . My feet were never sore and to me that was amazing with my ankle issues and usually having to wear my Puma tennis shoes for long walks . Anyway it was all good and I give thumbs up to Shoe Lab because you can trust them with your best shoes, boots, purses etc
