  • Was glad to see a Pho restaurant open up close to us seeing we go once or twice a week. My wife had the Pho. She said it was okay but was not served hot enough. It was cold by the time she was half way through the bowl. The waitress suggested the Clay Pot Fried Rice. She stated the rice is crunchy around the edges of the bowl. I have had similar fried rice so gave it a try. When the waitress asked if I liked it, I said it was good but the rice was soggy. Suggested she not tell the customers it is crunchy. She said it should be, so I told her the cook doesn't know how to make it right and she should let him/her know. She just gave me the bill with nothing else said. I will keep driving a little further for better Vietnamese food.
