  • On Sunday June 30, 2013 I was at Day Dream Pool with around 15 friends. We had a Cabana and bought bottle after bottle all day. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. As we were trying to pay out I ran to the restroom while I was waiting on my tab. My stamp to re-enter the pool area had faded from being in the pool all day. Security refused to let me back in and said they needed to see my ID. I said it was in the club at my cabana and they still would not allow me to enter. They were using foul language with me and were obviously on a power trip. All my belongings and friends were inside the club. The waitress was waiting on me to sign my tab. I decided to walk by the security because I did not know how else I was going to be able to get back to my friends and pay my tab. When I reached my cabana they said I was to be escorted out. The waitress was 100% on my side. I signed my tab and I will not be returning. I had inquired about a Cabana for next Sunday and was also given a free cabana for the next Monday for all the girls I work with. I work at a club in Vegas and they said they would love for us to come up there and would comp the cabana. I will not be returning with any of my co workers to this pool. I was told that the M takes care of locals but after my experience with the security staff non of us will be returning. If you are looking for a great pool I would highly reconnect South Point or Silverton where the security is actually doing there job and not on a power trip. The security also threatened my whole group to cite them on trespassing. The friends I were with also talked to the Manager Ronnie and he was very rude and no help at all. Your professionalism in your managers and security staff is very disappointing. I would highly recommend using wristbands and not stamps in a pool area! Don't waste your time at the M pool or Day Dream. Go to South Point or Silverton where you will be treated with respect.
