I switched my dogs to Embrace in June and I'm concerned already. They supposedly had good ratings, but to begin with they considered just about everything pre-existing conditions (even an eye infection and a tick bite - have to wait an entire year without another occurrence for either to be covered)
I faxed a couple of minor claims this fall on each dog and it took weeks for them to respond. One claim they said they couldn't process for some reason. I called and they said they couldn't read it. I faxed it again and then I get a response it was a duplicate of what they have. They told me the wrong claim. I faxed it last week to the attention of a specific person and I have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I have not met the deductible for either dog but I am concerned.
If I have a larger claim where they actually have to re-imburse me, are they going to lose it, or will they find a reason not to pay it? I'm not trusting them.
