  • Is ZERO possible? I paid a HIGH NEW PRICE for two shelves and they delivered BROKEN USED (CANDLE WAX) shelf that is not structurally sound! Has cracks all over it too! They lied and said it came from the 'warehouse' (with candle wax all over it? NO WAY -- this was floor model!) They delivered a MONTH LATE + DAMAGED my home in the delivery. Customer support has abandoned us. We asked for a refund OR just pictures of a clean unit they could exchange + something for the inconvenience and damage they caused the house. Call me 800-966-1337 and we can arrange a group lawsuit for people abandoned by this crummy company. I am filling out the small claims court. TERRIBLE BLOODY COMPANY -- THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL AND THEIR SUPPORT IS WORST I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!
