  • Akron Oh Fairlawm Store. Bought an 1700 dollar dinning set in July. 2 months ago I noticed it had a crack in it. Through my warranty they sent a tech outbto fix it. You can still see the crack and it os not level. They will not replace it and they told me that it is not a manufacture problem. Mind u i have sat at it once and have no children. I did not cause this flaw. She basically called me a liar. I WILL NEVER shop at Ashleys again. I paid for the warranty and they did not hold too it. SCAM!!! Awful customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE they are full of shit!
