  • My boyfriend and I had an hour to kill, so we walked around the Venetian. We were approached by a well-dressed man, telling us about a new club that we should check out right then and there. He handed us some drink cards for a buy one get one free drink ticket. My boyfriend wanted to watch a football game, and the bar had several TV's so we decided to check it out. We had to walk up several flights of stairs and the place was packed. Seats were only available if we put down our ID and credit card. We just wanted 2 drinks, so I snuck into a seat and waited for my boyfriend. When he went to order the drink, the bartender told us our drink tickets were no longer good, as they were only valid until 4pm and it was now 4:05pm. We had JUST gotten our ticket from the man outside, so we were pretty peeved. We left immediately, and I would not go back. If this club is so new, and need customers, then honor the drink tickets, or at least stop giving them out if they are only valid for 5 more minutes. Ridiculous and bad customer service!
