Last year I was in the market for a new vehicle after my old car suddenly died. I contacted this business to let them know my interest in seeing 2016 Accords. A warning flag emerged quickly when I received several emails and voicemails from this dealership per day about wanting to purchase my old car, and set me up with a new car.
This dealership had a couple of 2016 Accords that I was interested in seeing. I scheduled a meeting with them to see two 2016 Accords, and when I got there lo and behold they showed me a 2017 model! I know that they are essentially the same, but I was interested in the 2016 model in order to save some money. Hence, here we go again with the bait and switch. The salesman was nice enough, but when I had little time to spare to look for a car I expected to be shown the vehicles that I had set up to see.
After that visit I refused to go back because ethically it was wrong of them to do what they did. Unfortunately this was not the end of the line with this dealership. I received a daily onslaught of text messages, emails, and voicemails from several members of this dealership. I never responded to any of them until I received one from the manager. I had to threaten their dealership with contacting the police due to their harassment of me before they finally backed off.
I would not recommend this dealership. Instead I would recommend Tempe Honda, where they showed me what I wanted to see, treated me fairly, and did not harass me with messages.
