Disappointed!!! I went for a dinning experience but was given a below average restaurant experience. Let me start off by saying I've been in the industry for years and previously worked at a Marriott in California. We came early and had a couple drinks at the bar our reservation was at 7:30 and we were seated promptly so far so good. We ordered our appetizers and a bottle of wine apps came out first ok I'll give you a pass on that then came the disappointments. Steak was overcooked lob Mac and cheese was luke warm these things happen but what frusterated me was the fact that between the apps and when we got our food we waited a hour. They brought out the wrong order and our server only came to the table one time while we were waiting and again shortly after the correct order was brought to the table. Not once did she offer to do anything to fix the problem and made a weak excuse on why it took so long to get our order out. Diddnt expect this type of service from the Marriott much less a JW Marriott. She also had the audacity to include the tip... we used a Groupon maybe that's why we got the service we did but even with that we spent over 200 dollars.
