  • Very irritated with Men's warehouse. Went in and had my son sized for their suits for my daughters wedding. After listening to the staff talk about inappropriate topics to each other and ignoring my sons for their fitting for what seemed to be 30 minutes. They had the wrong date on their stuff and it was delivered to another store a month early. When we went to get another person sized I addressed it and they said they would fix it....they did not. I called the store in Fort Collins three times and had to have them fix it. The staff in Fort Collins was rude over the phone. I called a week before the wedding to the Ft Collins store to make sure it would be there because I did not trust they fixed it...they could not find his reservation. Finally they were able to after I gave them the names of everyone I could think of and they can not accept payment over the phone. I really hope the suits are there the day of as I have NO faith in either of these two establishments.
