  • My husband set up an appointment to have our sprinkler system looked at and fixed. Jason and another guy showed up, did some work, then didn't show back up for two more days even though they said "we'll be back tomorrow" and we waited on them, no call, no show. Then, when he did come back, Jason kept coming to my husband to give him what felt like reason after reason of why he couldn't fix something or why he wasn't going to be able to get the job done. My husband went out and solved every "problem" Jason presented. Then, after he left, I walked around my yard and noticed all the lids were left off the boxes and tons of debris was left behind. I have small children who could easily get into and a hold of these things. Needless to say, it made me pretty angry that I paid several hundred dollars for several headaches due to... I have to believe laziness. It really felt like he didn't want to do his job and the fact that my husband did a lot of the work with him, and I cleaned up after him, my bill should have been half.
