  • They need to rethink this "remodel". DIRTY: popcorn everywhere-hallways, bathroom stalls, concession area. Soda dispensing area was COVERED with soda. Not a dry spot to be found and straw wrappers everywhere. POORLY PLANNED CONCESSION AREA: self serve popcorn that's been sitting for undetermined length of time. Long lines for the cashier and even longer at the drink dispensers. TOTAL LACK OF EMPLOYEES: only two people behind registers at the concession causing a ridiculously long line to get a bag of stale popcorn and two cups. No one to clean the drink dispensers or surrounding area. No one cleaning anywhere actually-the entire theater is a mess. No TP in the bathroom! NO THEATER OVERSIGHT: no sound for the length of the previews until a man sitting next to us called the customer service to complain.
