I spent about $5k at living spaces a few months ago. In my purchase I bought a love seat and couch. After about 2 months, the cushions became very lumpy. I called it in and sent pictures in which they acknowledged that there is definitely a problem. I was assured that they would repair or replace. After a few weeks I hadn't heard back and called in to learn they closed the file stating that there was no problem. This was after someone was at my house and acknowledged that there was a manufactures defect in the cushions. When I called in and asked if Living Spaces was going to correct this, they hung up on me. Edited and more: So this get's better. When the tech was out and acknowledged to me that there is a manufacturer's defect, he had me sign a paper that said so. I called back this evening to learn that after he left, he added into his notes "No Defect" and used my signature to acknowledge that they wouldn't be helping out and that they could close the case. I contacted 3 on Your Side regarding the issues and manipulation of the paperwork. If anyone else has a recent negative experience, please message me if you want to collaborate with 3 On Your Side.
