Came at the wrong time twice (first, hours earlier than booked - so I wasn't there and then much later then booked with no explanation).
They don't record what they take from you, so you have no way of knowing what they will charge you. I sent 2 business jackets and 1 winter coat. They charged for 2 winter coats and 1 business jacket. I found out after the items had been returned and got the invoice via email. When questioned they did not offer to make the correction. They did offer a $5 credit.
I thought having my drycleaning picked up and delivered justified the higher per item cost, but the errors and problems do not.
