  • HORRIBLE!!!! And not fair to the two previous times we have been there. Was there for weekday lunch and Mon eve sushi. Was fab! They told us about brunch and have been so excited to go. Omg. Horrible. Got there and one other group of 4 at the bar. Not even an acknowledged. We continued to order brunch. Mgr -Tory - walked by us a dozen times without saying a word. Left half of a flat bread. Was just ok. Never asked if anything was wrong. Had to ask bartender Chelsea for water, setup, salt n pepper in addition to many refills. Also was a problem w/amt paid. After we paid and expressed dissatisfaction, then Mgr stopped by. Equally horrible as sever. We are in the hospitality/service industry. This was absolutely horrible. If they were working for my establishment, they would be gone. Locals are here to stay. Not at this place. Go upstairs to public house. They treat you way better.!!! Remember. Customer service oriented is the key....
