  • Loving good food, this restaurant was recommended to us by a local foodie. It is located off of 5th, away from traffic and noise. Such a quaint little spot! We enjoyed dining outdoors, but as the evening went on, we realized indoors might have been a better option for us with the way we had dressed! Our waitress was very nice and informed us that our plates would come out as they were prepared. We started off with the sweet pea falafel and asparagus with polenta cake and fried egg. I devoured the falafel--it had a crunchy outside coating but was super soft in the middle. Underneath the two patties was a mint cream sauce that complimented the dish wonderfully. Every bite melted in my mouth! The asparagus was very fresh and crunchy. I am not a fan of egg yolk, but my husband ate every bite. It was that good. We then ordered a roasted tomato dish with cheese and crispy bread slices. The tomatoes were amazing--the seasoning on them was pure perfection. Both of us really enjoyed this dish... it was almost like a bruschetta! For vegetables, we ordered the brussel sprouts and carrots. I loved the combination of grapes, brussel sprouts, and balsamic honey. For our main meals, I got the deviled chicken and my husband got the swordfish. He said the swordfish was his favorite dish of our trip so far--flavorful and light. The chicken was okay--I only ate the breast and wasn't a big fan of the sauce. It was a bit spicy for my taste. However, I still left with a very full stomach and would definitely return to this location another time!
