  • We attended the ACM Awards on Sunday night with tickets starting at $435.00. The seats are small and made of hard plastic, with no drink holder and not much legroom. There is no point in buying nose bleed seats because you cannot see the performers, even with the 2 small screens. The waiting line leading into the Arena was almost a 1/4 mile long and a complete absence of security staff to stop people from jumping the line. When it came time to go through the security scanner, security was lazy and did not check my handbag well and it would have been very easy for me to smuggle in a hand gun. It is no surprise this venue isn't used much anymore given the uncomfortable seating and the low security standards. We have no intentions of returning to this venue even if the tickets were for free.
