rev:text	Careful folks! There is a corporate culture that seemingly avoids accountability, and may be perpetrating...well, I'll let you be the judge. I just moved here, and WANTED to find a new reliable, honest, fair mechanic. I took my car to this Meineke nearby me for an oil change; and I ended up 50 miles later late at night near UNLV with a car that sputtered me home. Looking under the hood in the garage, the problem was immediately noticeable: a part removed for inspection was not returned to its position. This mistake would have been rather obvious upon closing the hood -- like when I noticed it when I opened it. I was suspicious I was being set up -- kind of a scam to have me return. At the time it was just a suspicion; but I wanted to draw corporate's attention to it in case it was pervasive. I reported this to customer service and, hearing nothing back, wrote the presidents of Meineke and its parent company. Does it mean something when no one at all responds - not even an acknowledgment? You be the judge - but be careful. 1/30: I see Meineke's response below. Thank you - I appreciate that. I guess two calls to Customer Service in the first place, and then (11/1) a letter to your president: Danny Rivera, and another to the president of your parent company - Driven Brands: Jonathan Fitzpatrick, wasn't sufficient; because I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANY OF YOU until now on Yelp. What makes a difference is Yelp...You Yelp only because I Yelp...I Yelp, you Yelp back, but your Yelp has no bite.
