  • As a visitor to Cleveland, I brought my daughter's 2012 Mazda3 just to have the security wheel nuts torqued as I had no access to a torque wrench. The receptionist and manager got it assigned right away with no paperwork. The technician who did the work declined any payment/tip for the service. Reception also declined any payment or tip when I went to the front desk. Great customer relations and service. Deserves 5 stars.
