Walking through the door the room felt warm and lux. The room was spacious with great overall decor. Unfortunately, despite the great first impression, this was not a great experience.
We came with a large group (12 people) for a birthday. We came because they had half price bottles of wine, which was awesome. The happy hour menu offers tasty bites that were decently priced (everything $6) and during a football game you can upgrade the wings to all you can eat ($10). They even had happy hour wine that was also $6 (per glass).
The service however, was so so slow. The restaurant was pretty empty, but it still took forever for everything. I ordered a drink and the waitress came back 20min later asking if I wanted a drink. I told her yes and she came back with a taster glass. What the heck? I told her I wanted the adult size and she finally came back with my drink. That was forgivable, but the worst was the wings. Even for bottomless, they only bring you 4 wings at a time and it took 10 - 15min for each round to come out. It got so bad the manager comped us 3 desserts to make up for it; kudos for that. My friends said something similar happened to them the last time they were there and that they also ended up getting comped food. (I'm sensing a trend).
The wine was tasty, the food was good, but don't come if you are in a rush.
