  • We were SO looking forward to experiencing Hubert Keller's food. What a freakin' disappointment this was. The white onion soup veloute was drowning in truffle oil, and it was coming out of my pores for days. The ramen was undercooked & clumped together in one large noodle (it's no longer on the menu, I've noticed). The papas (bowl of potatoes) was served with a cold lump of béchamel (which I'm pretty sure should be served at least warm). And who charges for bread and butter?? We didn't even stay for dessert, the food and drinks were so bad. While the hostess was sweet & welcoming, the table service was lackluster at best. MASSIVE disappointment.
