  • I recently called Romano's TV and Appliance about repairing one of the TVs in our home. I explained the issues we were having with the TV in great detail. I was told the issue was something very common and that it would be an easy fix. They told me the service call would be $69.99 + any additional parts if any were needed. When the technical came out to our home he looked at the TV for no more than 10 seconds and said he couldn't repair it. He then said we should just buy a new TV from them. He didn't attempt to take it apart or anything. He wrote up the bill and told us to come to the store to buy a new TV. We feel we were swindled by Romano's TV and Appliance. I would not recommend this business to anyone who needs TV repair.
