  • I booked an appointment for a cut here after reading tons of great reviews. First, the salon is gorgeous and clean. When I arrived, Joyce at the check-in desk apologized and told me that the woman I was booked with had not shown up. She was incredibly apologetic and offered to try to fit me in with someone else. I didn't have a busy morning, so I said I was fine to wait. She was able to schedule me with Jane 45 minutes after my original appointment. Joyce got me some coffee and I read a magazine while I waited. Jane was actually able to see me about 20 minutes earlier. She was friendly and gave me some awesome suggestions for my hair (I am usually not too picky and ask for suggestions, since I have absolutely no idea how to describe what I want. I was also only there for a trim, not a huge style change). Jane took a little bit off and gave me a nice blowout. I left incredibly happy! Despite the mixup at the beginning, I loved everything about this place. They worked hard to accommodate me when my original stylist didn't show, and I loved the end result. I will definitely be back to see Jane!
