Not great customer service but good customer service does not make up for horrible haircuts.
I have been taking my dogs to this location for the last 2 years and I must say they have dwindled in business and talent alot. I have pretty much been coming here for the last six months out of convenience which will definitely now change after this last visit.
Usually this place takes longer than an hour on one dog which I thought was really long but at least I was somewhat satisfied with the ending results but today a new lady was assigned to groom my two boys and she did so in exactly an hour.
Ending result? .... (Drum roll please)
Unsatisfactory!!
Again she was nice but she clearly didn't seem educated or quite possibly even certified to cut their hair. It was very uneven, choppy, dirty eyes, was not washed well and she cut one of them on their mole. I was not happy with her grooming skills at all but I am also questioning the owners ability to properly hire these groomers that are chosen. The turnover percentage of employees seems very high in the last two years that I have been going there. I feel as if the owner doesn't care enough to pay attention to these details and all for $50 a dog. That's expensive for a bad groom. Just saying.
