  • What a great event! Carrie eliminated the mystic of art collecting. I was appreciative of how approachable and knowledgeable Carrie and the staff were. Categories of collecting were explained in detail and Great hints, suggestions and advice were presented in a down to earth, easy to understand manner. Who knew a black light could be used to uncover cracks And repairs in sculptures, paintings and more. The facility was nice but in no way intimidating. Carrie and staff explained Cowan's approach to auctions and even gave some great advice on attending future auctions. The great take aways are have fun, buy what you like, don't be intimidated, check with the experts if you have questions. Thank you!
