Always a delight! Definitely one of my go to restaurants good happy hour fantastic spot for a business lunch or weekend lunch. My dinner choices always vary but my lunch "go to" is always the scallops, fabulous flavor and always prepared perfectly, you get two good size scallops with a seasonal vegetable that varies this trip was brussel sprouts last time was an assortment of colorful grilled cauliflower. My last visit found they are also now giving you a pasta with it, the sauce and pasta will vary but this visit it was almost a southwest sauce that had a slightly pepper flavor to it it was so good I used my fresh bread to devour the remaining sauce. Okay now the BAD, in all honesty I probably would have given it 3.5 stars for the server(s) it is hit and miss. The four stars are well earned for the assistants to the server, you always have water/iced tea, you always are offered more delicious bread and your plates are never empty in front of you for long. If they are busy the host/hostess will always pitch in to help if they pass by and see something needs to be taken care of. That is the way a restaurant should be run none of this "that's not my job" mentality that so many other restaurants have. This last visit we waited an almost unacceptable amount of time for our server after receiving water and bread. Cocktails took a while considering they were not busy and our order was not that complicated, unfortunately not an isolated incident like I said hit or miss. My visit before that we had a little wait for our server and then was presented with the wrong bill that took a long time to correct after waiting a long while for the bill in the first place. A great restaurant though always enjoy and it's always nice to see the owner/chef in the kitchen pretty much every time we are there....Bon Appetite!
