I am writing to express the poor service I continue to receive from the Dunkin Donuts Brand. I contacted the Dunkin Donuts customer service line on June 18, 2015.
I had originally expressed how I was not acknowledge in the 6935 N. Durango Dr. Las Vegas, NV store for five to ten minutes. Customer Service wrote me back and thanked me for taking the time and letting me know that someone will be getting back with me. After, more than a week I wrote you back and stated no one had reached to me and how I felt thoroughly disappointed that I was not respected or treated as a valued customer.
After that email on June 26, 2015 I wrote you back and stated that it should not have taken corporate to notify them again about notifying me. Customer service, you then asked me on the same day to let the field executive and individual franchise owner to request that they contact me directly. I wanted to inform you again that I have not been contacted by neither of them 9 days later. I feel that Dunkin Donuts Brand is rude, disrespectful and has offered me no real solution to my problem I experienced. I feel the reason it has not been addressed is due to my gender and my race. I have been continuously put to the side about the disparity of the treatment I received and no one from corporate has taken me seriously. So I thank you for not.
