I cannot begin to thank the staff of the Four Seasons enough for their service. I was relocated to the Four Seasons from the adjacent hotel (Mandalay Bay) after a conference block at MB was overbooked.
From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent.
The hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, but completely away from the casino scene. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and the bathroom is amazing. It doesn't have the "hotel smell." The bed is comfy and the windows are floor to ceiling. Television is very large with many channels to choose from.
The housekeeping staff were very friendly as well. I returned from my meetings the first day to find they left me a pretty little mousepad and an eyeglass cleaning cloth; two things I left behind at home.
I had a personal issue come up which forced me to cut my trip short and leave one night early. Since my flight was at 10 pm and I was in conference meetings all day, after checkout on the last day, the FS stored by bag at no cost. As I had a few hours before I needed to depart to the airport later that day I asked if I could use a restroom to change clothes and wash up. I was directed to their spa where I was able to lock my belongings up, shower (their products are so nice) and change clothes before my overnight flight. They also had a little lounge area in the spa where they offered cucumber water and tea.
I was then able to utilize a little workstation off the lobby area until I needed to leave. I enjoyed a drink at Press and was impressed with the bartender. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The valets hailed a cab and I was on my way within 3 minutes.
The Four Seasons is expensive, but if you have the means or if you ever want to splurge, stay here. You will not be disappointed.
