What a shame. I have been shopping here for over a year once a week. No longer will be coming here. I tried to return shampoo and conditioner today and I got attitude from the manager saying that it was their policy that they will only give back 75% of the original price without a receipt. I asked where that was stated in their policy and she didn't have an answer. It is not stated on their website nor near the register. She was not apologetic, not accommodating in the slightest, and I was very put off by it. She tried to shrug it off as if there was nothing else she could do. That is NOT how a manager should handle a situation like this. Other customers were watching as this was unfolding as well. In the end, I got my money back for a full refund but only after they offered to look up my purchase on their system after I called her out on it. Very disappointed customer.
UPDATE: I called the store to see how long it would take for the return amount to show up on my account. The woman goes "It's... like... umm... 1-2 weeks... I think". So I asked if it was 1 or 2 weeks. Her response was "umm... 2 weeks at... like... the most".
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
