  • I was quoted incorrectly over the phone for a jump start. They take your credit card information over the phone and you must commit to paying $55 service call. When the tow truck driver arrives and tells you the service will be $20 more than quoted because his staff person is "stupid", you've already agreed to pay the $55 for the service call, so your hands are ultimately tied.
