  • My wife and I had our first date here 5 years ago... we were excited it was re-opening but I am very confused and disappointed with their new operations concept. The old location had a small bar and a normal full service dining area. This location bodes a walk up order and sit down area and a bar area which is pretty much the same size. Gallo Blanco if you are reading this, do your servers or whatever you call them, a favor by making them servers....not order takers. I don't know how to tip someone who takes my order at the walk up desk. I also hate this concept that other restaurants like Hop Doddy are using. As someone who has served I feel bad for the non server servers because I don't know if they actual work off of tips. The food was great, they charge for chips and salsa, not sure why because I don't believe they used to. They also took off some food items like your carne asada burrito! WHY?! I was told this location is only serving corn tortillas... I don't get it, I hope they figure it out. Used to be our favorite spot.
